Ana De La Luz (she/her) has been practicing as a health practitioner for over a decade. Her passion for learning and her engagement with client care motivated her to complete her Zen Shiatsu Program (Kokoro Dojo, 2009), Massage Therapy Diploma Program (Kikkawa College, 2013) and then her Acupuncture & Moxibustion Diploma Program (Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine, 2018). Ana has also been exposed to Eastern philosophical practices and was also privileged to learn medical Qi gong, tai chi, tao yin, hara breathing, Vipassana meditation and chanting.

Her practice includes a vast selection of modalities that will rejuvenate and nourish your body during and after each treatment. Whether you receive a therapeutic massage, acupuncture, cupping, or guasha, she incorporates her skilled mindfulness, palpation and practical techniques in a tranquil atmosphere.

In 2013, Ana founded Map Your Body to provide holistic treatments while using her diversified training and wide selection of modalities to support her clients on their path to healing. Ana continues to strive to add more to her bank of knowledge and is currently pursuing studies in Traditional Chinese Herbs.

Ana is fully insured as a Registered Acupuncturist by The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and as Registered Massage Therapist by The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

As of 2019, Ana has also become an instructor at Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine teaching courses on acupoint location, tuina and clinical observation. Ana is both a patient as well as a practitioner, who appreciates the benefits of massage therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine in her own life.
